The lower, narrow area of the plug holder fits the 7-pin electric plug with a form fit.
The upper, wider area of the connector holder fits the 13-pin electrical connector with a form fit.
When driving, the connector holder serves as a place for the cover (soft ball) of your trailer hitch.
